I have installed the software, and follow along with the instructions, but when I get to the page that asks me to select recording minutes, I can't seem to adjust the time, and it won't start recordin

If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

• Unplug printer USB.
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
• Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

Try reinstalling updated printer drivers .

Note:some printerdoes not work on Vista, if you do not find any driver download for Vista on your model page, that means your model is not Vista compatible.

To start do the following:

Unplug printer for ten minutes.
Empty printer cue.
Take out cartridges and put them back.

If that does not work reinstall the printer software form disk provided with the printer.
