How do i factory reset my digital 2 platinum 9 inch tablet i have tried everything ive read and its not working

I would assume the tablet is defective. You have done a factory reset then?

So to answer your question, there could be a number of possible problems. Some tablets around this price range are known to have issues with WiFi and/or Other wireless connections. I have looked at some reviews on Amazon and it has been a know problem for this tablet not connecting to wireless services. Most of the time you can try to restart and/or factory resetting (If you factory reset I suggest creating a backup if you have an information you need to keep). If their is a warranty I suggest either sending or taking it back to where you bought it from as it could be either a fixable problem or it could just be a "dud". I hope I was helpful!

In order to factory reset your device you will simply need to perform the following steps directly in order to reset your device.

1. Turn your device off
2. Press and hold the volume up button
3. Press and hold the power button
4. Release these buttons
5. Use the volume up and down keys to highlight the factory reset option
6. Press the power button in order to select the option to factory reset your device

Geraldine, if holding Vol+ & Power button doesn't work, try Vol- & Power button...this worked for mine right out of the box, and now the plus works instead... Once you see the Android logo, let go. You could try to factory reset the tablet but that would delete everything you installed and downloaded unless you had everything backed up

Hi, you can try resetting by following the below steps. It works for most tablets.
1 turn off the tablet
2 press and hold the power button and keep tapping the volume down button at the same time.
3 it should take you to recovery screen. Go to factory reset by using volume button and select by using either the center button on the tablet or the power button if there is no center button.

Try Settings / Backup & Reset / Factory Reset

Reset it again and select English.
