SOURCE: fast and delicate flashing
Your control panel is bad.My advice is use your warranty if you have it .If you don't ,toss this machine out, there should have been a re-call on this .You are one of many many that are having to deal with a problem that the manufacturer should be liable for. Dont't let GE (hotpoint) go not knowing that your D/W is broken ,look for a class action law suit to be in the making, which is not enough to correct the problems at hand .I don't advise repairing this unless there is a modified part to replace the defective one. Again I'm with you on this ,and sorry for all the consumers that are ripped off by manufacturers (in my eyes) . Please rate this !

QuietGuard3: Clean light flashing 7 times? Press Heated Dry, press Normal Wash, then press Heated Dry again and press Normal Wash again (that's 4 button-presses) and that should fix it.

Yes, the Delicate light flashing indicates a drain pump error. Most often caused by something hard (like a piece of glass) getting past the filter and getting lodged in the drain pump. Unplug the DishWasher, siphon out the water, pull the DW out, remove the right panel, and you should be able to get to it (although in some Samsung DW's, the drain pump is in the front). You turn the drain pump CCW 1/8th turn to remove it (after finding & releasing the catch). Make sure you sop up all the water that comes out, or you will be dealing with a leaking error after you fix the pump!
