It is still not 100% clear to me what the problem is. To little details, but I give it a try. I think you use a SD card in your phone and you want to put the files from the card on your computer. I think in your phone you did put on an encryption program (app) so all files on the card are encrypted. So to open the memory card you need a program to decipt the files. recommend earthing wire on your wrist before removing ESD sensitive memory cards as shown on the video and remember to put memory card back with earthed person and power off.
according to me, it must be password protected, or ur pc does not support that type of pics, another reason may be that ur pc does not allow external drive to be shown on desktop, hence for this, you can change settings in compoter, or if card is passwd protected ,insert password or format it if u forgot it by backing up the data http://www.tinyurl.com/9307740

Delete some unnecessary files in your phone memory like images and videos. Go to your phone gallery and delete some of those. And if you want to use the memory card as phone message storage then go to Messaging - Option - Settings - Other and then Memory in Use, select your memory card.

Insert the memory card into the card reader or any mass storage device into your computer
go to the file <memorycard>:/system then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt" (Hidden file should be made as shown from tools->Folder option->Show hidden files)
Now open the file in notepad ,
No you will see the password.
