I sort out the problem, when I put the printer on direct sunlight for 10-15 minutes facing bottom side up to the sun and when it get heated, and after plug on, it start with normal green light, but don't know how to sort out the problem whether is board problem or something else. Please help.
Which light is flashing? These codes all tell you something but I needs some details. A blinking light usually does not mean a fatal error but provide some details and I will try to help you.
Testimonial: "After plugging and completing all process of lights blinking, it ultimately stop on Orange light blinking, but when the bottom of printer is heated with hairdryer or put into sunlight for 10-15 mins, and when plug in, it stop on green light and works till i am turn off the printer. The problem seems in the board but due to non technical person, I have no idea what to do further but only heat it and work."

If you didn't have the orange light to start with and were replacing the sleeve due to a torn or damaged sleeve it sounds like you haven't plugged everything back in. The Error is an electrical fault with the fuser circuit.
Verify that all wires are plugged back in. Two areas to pay specific attention to are as follows. (1.) BOTH slide clips witth wires that you removed on the upper fuser edges to mount the new sleeve. Thats the connections for the ceramic element. If you get to having to uninstall and check the fuser, put an ohm meter on both ends of the element to ensure it's not shorted. My meter when on ohms has a beep when the leads are touched together when the meter is measuring ohms. Check for the beep when touching both ends of the element and that will prove the element good.
(2) On the board in the base of the machine, there are some plug in connections on the lower board very close to the rear edge and just about centered left to right. It's a cluster of about 3 or 4. Unplug the connections and pay close attention to the height of the pins inside the connection. One of those connections has a nasty habit of the pins slidding through to the other side and not making good contact. If I remember right its the right hand connection in the cluster or the one next to the right one. You can use the connections rest to it as a visual referance for the height. If the pin or pins have pushed down, carefully pull them back up with needle nose pliers or tweezers and replug the connection back in.
Hope that helps you. Just in case, heres a free manual PDF link to use to resolve. It's a 1200 manual as the 1300 wasn't listed but the processes are identical. Most of the parts are the same but check first before ordering any parts.

Did it eject the paper? The paper may have been crooked or became so in the printer. Check the Paper jam area first. If there is nothing there, Let's try a simple reset of your printer.
Go to Control panel>printers and faxes>click on your printer icon and under documents click cancel all documents.
Turn the printer off
Remove the paper from the tray
Unplug it from the power source
unplug it from the PC
Now open the paper jam door and gently push the paper roller forward until it clicks
Now do everything in reverse order until you get to turning the printer back on. give it a few minutes and see if it resets itself.
when you reload paper, besure that it is aligned carefully and the holders are pushed into place.
Let me know if this helps. Good Luck!

I am having problem in finding solution for HP Laser Jet 1300 which is not getting ready and shows orange light blinking. I have check the tonner and the sensor which are located backside but the problem is still as it.
SOURCE: my hp laser jet 1300 is blinking orange and cant
The flashing orange light is a basic attention light. Check the following:
1. There is a known good toner cartridge installed
2. There is paper in the tray
3. The long tab on the top of the inside of the cartridge access door is not broken
4. Connector J210 on main board is intact, tight and all 3 pins are present
5. That the drum drive engagement is working properly and the contact is present
6. The main motor connector is seated tightly
SOURCE: printer makes strange grating sound, stops and
I don't know if this will work for you, but I had the same problem... grating & metally sound. Removed color ink cartridge (almost empty) shook it up alittle, & put it back in. No more blinkling orange lite, or noise.
