My sewing machine, a Janome Horizon Memory Craft 8200 QC keeps having an E7 error code. I can't find any error codes in the manual, but googled, and it seems like this error has to do with the thread...

1. Thin material needs backing.
2. Lower foot pressure.
3. Adjust top tension to four.
4. Adjust bobbin (lower) after top tension is adjusted.
5. Increase distance of stitch.

Hi Mr. Janome expert, My Janome Memory Craft 4900QC is showing error message E1.Unfortunately I lost the manual to identify the solution to this problem. Could you mind telling what this error means...

E1 means it out of order--something in the electronics is mess up--it needs to be serviced
by a service tech with the tools to check the electronics of the machine
