Owners manual call for 40:1 mix for the Weedeater GTI19.

Or just use a good multi-mix oil that works from 16:1 to 50:1. It come in pre-measured bottles or packages for mixing with 1 or 2-1/2 gallons of fuel. This cut down multiple cans of fuel mix for your various pieces of 2 cycle equipment. This is what I use in the repair shop so I don't have to worry about using the wrong mix.

24/1 is the correct ratio. I certainly wouldn't go 50/1 but you could split the difference with a good synthetic.

What type of coolant do i put in a 1991 VW 16v GTI?

Colour is the key. Mixing is bad becase some coolants gel when mixed. pink is the most commen one you will find in late moddle VW's. pink is G11 or G12. If your changing the coolant stick to the same stuff other kinds may be corosive to your internal components.

i always uswe neat antifreeze but a 50% mix is ok so long as your not in alaska ,oil ?? use the cheapest and change it every 6000 miles with a oil filter every third oil change

15 = week produced - March
00198 = 198th unit Husky produced that week
Fuel/Oil Mixture

Use a quality 2 cycle oil and mix it to the OIL supplier's recommended ratio. Today I use Stihl 2 cycle oil mixed @ 50:1 in a Pioneer that I purchased new in 1980. There are no gouges or scratches on the piston or cylinder and I have no carbon build up on the piston top. The manual (on stone tablets) recommends 24:1. Over the years the mixture has leaned from 24:1 (Saw Recommendation) to 28:1 (Lawn boy mower recommendation) to 32:1 (Oil provider 2gal premium/8oz chainsaw 2-cycle engine oil - used for many years) and finally the last 5 (±) years 50:1 (1gal premium/2.6oz Stihl 2-cycle engine oil)
Any fuel containing ethanol is not good with chainsaws. Mix what you expect to use within a few weeks. Anything over 1.5 months old use up in a 4 cycle engine. HTH
