On average it usually only takes 1-2 hrs sometimes even less time, but can take up to 24 hrs sometimes.

if you cant send data such a picture also them it may just be the fact that the internet connection isnt sufficeint enough to be able to access the app store try doing it on wifi or in an area with better service. hope that helps

dial * 720 then hit the talk button. you will hear beeps confirming call forwarding is off. to call forward you dial *72 talk.
