When printing color pages, the pages have yellow throughout the page. Replaced the yellow cartridge twice and cleaned the roller several times, but the yellow keeps taking over the whole page.
Check the yellow drum unit carefully, could be a full or clogged waste toner collection unit.

Check that the cartridges are seated correctly. Also clean the contacts in the casing that the copper portion of the cartridge sits against.

Did you try cleaning the lense? You'll have to pull all the toners and open the little door below and wipe with a clean lint free cloth in ONE direction.

For 34 Short Paper error, reseat the tray guides and make sure it is set properly. Also, set the correct settings in the computer. For blank pages, always double-check the paper settings and again the settings in the computer. For not printing black, print the Print Quality page and see what color is not printed or not showing. If Print Quality shows black, try printing any document from any application in the computer. Check if you still have the problem.
