Are you using your TV for both Audio and video? Sounds like you are only wanting HD video and SS audio. If, so only send HD video signal to TV and keep SS Audio direct to speakers from SS receiver/ amp.

Check whether you have connected your HTS video out put to TV/PROJECTOR 's Video input. Try HDMI port for better result.

How did you get it working on the ps3 and tv?

It will be very difficult to get a universal remote control for this device. The only way to get its remote is, to contact the authorized service center for Craig at your town. I've searched for codes over 1200 remote manuals, but can't find a remote control which has setup code with this device.

Do you need a new pairing of surround. select the pairing menu at the home, turn on the surround and press the button that is below the s-air cartridge. A red light will light the rear surround and make a new pairing.
