Turn the letters up and down when embroidering

Unfortunately, this is a computer issue. You may have to replace the module.

Check your needle for burrs or bends. If your needle is bent it will hit the plate. Try changing the needle

You likely have an imbalance in the Stretch Stitch Balancesewing back and forward.
Make sure you are using Monogramming foot "N"...and check in your Manual for settings for Triple stretch stitch

look for the space character in your font set.

You can skip color blocks that you have already embroidered. When you get to the one you were working on when the machine was turned off, send it to the machine and use the needle down button to advance the design to the point when you stopped. Then you can hit the green button and proceed.

I think you have to rehoop the fabric. Especially if the letters are large. Hope you have a clothsetter - it makes it so much easier. Hope this helps.

the problem of your machine is, under the plate of your machine, you saw the teeth look like the used of it is to move forward the cloth u embroiderd, you should tight the bolt or nuts so that, the bunching up of thread on the plate will stop. thank you!!!!!

do you have fabric stabilizer sometimes the fabric is to thin to embroider without it

thread, threading, hooping all possibilities. Hard to say which without seeing

There is a numbered dial which has numbers and the letter E.  Turn it to E for embroidery.  Thats is the correct tension.
