hi there joedorava

is there input to pumps , are there any leaks in the system either oil / air

have you purged all the air from the hydro units and wheel motors

if air is entraineed in oil , you may get alot of noise from caviatation in the pumps and wheel motors also heat , and vibration and no movement until all the air is gone
top up oil to correct level

caviatation can be quite destructive on pumps etc

i assume you used the correct hydraulic fluid for the unit in question

have you checked changed hydraulic filters when changed hydraulic fluid ?

other than that cant give any more info

cheers pauly46

My Hydraulic system on my Belarus 5360 tractor has suddenly quit. I can no longer raise the front end loader or lift the snow blower on the back.

If the tractor suddenly quit, the hydraulic pump shaft might have broken,( due to misalignment) with engine...
if the engine the pump must also runs.if it brakes entire system fails
hence the result.

TSC 523948.06 fault code is coming upon my John Deere 7530.

TSC Control Unit

The TSC (Tractor Suspension Control Unit) is responsible for controlling the cab and front axle suspension systems.
If diagnostic trouble codes appear, one of the tractor's sub-assemblies is either not working properly or not working at all. Make a note of the code and contact your dealer.

What causes the hydraulic pump drive shaft t22915 to break on my jd 2640 tractor

failed pump gears or relief valve not operational
if the gears are badly worn or the idle gear shaft is worn , the teeth will bind or jam in the housing
if the relief valve is faulty , the oil has nowhere to go so it locks the gears resulting in broken shaft

I need advice , the hydrolics have stopped working and there seems to be no pickup from pump what are common issues with hydrolic pump failure

Hello David Maly,

hydraulic systems are wonderfully simple.
Your trouble options
No belt...
No fluid...
blown hose or
defective pressure bypass... (letting all energy pass through)..

It is also possible your pump impeller had separated from the drive shaft...

Your first trouble shooting is going to require you to verify hydraulic pressure (fairly simple plumbing project)...

Mahindra 2615 2007 tractor is spraying hydraulic fluid by two of the brass couplers underneath the lever. I wondered for troubleshooting should I just repair/replace tractor components .

Hi Benjamin:
I have a fleet of equipment that have hydraulic components, and one of the most regular maintenance tasks is replacing failed or worn components.
Running hydraulic equipment with leaks present is a real safety hazard as the part could fail resulting in hot high pressure fluid being sprayed unrestrained.
Please, do not run the machine until you replace the defective part.
Hopefully there will be a local hydraulic hose shop that can assist you.
Cheers.

The rear end of the SUV locks down like it has been lowered or there is way too much weight in the rear of the car. It's like the shocks colapsed.

What's the make and model vehicle? There are several makes out there - most famously Land Rovers - that have air suspensions. A failed pump or opened system will produce the result you mentioned. There are other systems where hydraulic fluid is used along with an engine driven pump to set the suspension. Mercedes was famous for doing that for a while.

Good luck.

Hello expert, my recently bought XJ12 (XJ81) constr. 1994 fails to control the car´s height at all. Bleeding the hydraulic (HSMO) systen seems to be nearly impossible as very low (if any at all)...

Hi! The real cure for this is to replace the hydraulic shocks. Yes the there is no leak but when the shocks is faulty it fails to give the desired ride height. Once the hydraulic is replaced you'll be good. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

4020 john deere compact diesel. Lost hydraulics and do not know how to check fluid level. Worked good and just quit. Can not see any leaks??

Hi,
I doubt that it is the fluid level...it's been a few years... but I seem to remember there being a couple at the front of the motor that ran the hydralic pump...I am wondering if your problem is not there...tthe hydralic pump sits under the fuel tank at the front of the tractor... check there to see if everything is working right there...of course it could be the pump its self that has gone bad...
