I have an error f13 could you help me?

In my scenario it was not drying till end. when i opened top i got heater up and on inner side there was a lot of fluff from clothes stopping fan from spinning. hope this helps someone. easy fix 40min all you need is phillips and alan key plus hoover and some brush and large cable tie to replace existing one.

Generally the F13 code refers to a water inlet problem, I would get the inlet manifold valve checked, or stating the obvious, is the water turned on and make sure there is no restriction in the hose behind the machine.
