This appears to be a power supply issue, since Bose does all warranty and out of warranty work I recommend you get it serviced through them, they carry all the parts that are not available to anyone else.
Here are 3 things to try and an if all else fails at the end.
1) Make sure the TV is set to the correct Video Input to see the video from DVDs on the Bose system.
• Make sure a DVD is in the disc tray.
• If the TV is connected to the media center using the HDMI cable:
Switch from one Video Input to another and then back to the original input.
2) Turn everything off, then:
Turn on the TV and set the TV Video Input for the Bose system video.
Turn on the Bose system and press DVD.
3) Turn off both the TV and the Bose system and then:
Unplug the HDMI cable from both ends.
Disconnect the power cables from both your TV and the Bose 321 system.
Re-connect power to the TV and to the Bose 321 system.
When the Bose 321 system startup message disappears from the display,
re-connect the HDMI cable to the TV then Bose 321 system.
Turn on the TV first, then turn on the Bose 321 system.
If all the above fail then disconnect the HDMI cable that connects the TV to the Bose 321 system and reconnect the two using a Component cable, an S-Video cable, or the Composite cable provided with the system.

Hi,
Our bose wave system stopped working also. The remote wouldn't work, it wouldn't turn off nothing. So finally we re-set it by clicking the button on the power strip it was plugged into.
It then worked! we had a power glitch a few weeks ago and think that had something to do with it. I hope this helped, and helps others!

Can you hear anything from it right now, such as scratching noise or something, if you can hear something, then check the audio input cables, or the output to the right speaker, try turning it or something. If that method didn't works, then possibly there's two conditions: 1. Your right speakers burned, try replacing it with the new ones. 2. Your power board half damaged, the right channel is damaged or something.Maybe the IC's burned or maybe just some minor electronics parts that is not working properly.
I purchased a LAZBOY universal remote (at Fred Meyers, on sale for $9.99) and after a bunch of research and trial-&-error, was able
program it with a code (1629) which works reasonably well with the
Bose 3-2-1.
I don't have all the system-level functions (which I never utilized anyway) but do have all the basics as far as power, volume, source, and CD/DVD control.
