To resolve the problem, Start the Help and Support Center service and set it to Automatic. Follow these steps:

  • Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
  • Double-click Help and Support
  • Set the Startup type to Automatic
  • Start the Service
If the Help and Support service is missing in the Services.msc listing, this may be due to accidental deletion of a registry key. Download helpsvc.zip file and unzip the contents. Extract helpsvc.reg to the Desktop and double-click to merge the contents to the registry. This restores the Help and Support service entry.

Hard drive failure

Hello,
Try booting to safe mode. Restart your computer and tap F8 until you see the options to boot to safe mode. Use the arrow keys to highlight safemode and hit enter.
If it doesn't gets in, then you would need to do a start up repair.
Look for the operating system installation disc and insert it. Restart the computer and let it run the repair.
If it's not fixed, then you can try doing an operating system reinstallation. If it doesn't work, then I suggest you buy a new hard drive.

Force 35hp 1988 hard to restart

Its possible the coil is overheating but you could be losing fuel pressure. If you have a air leak in the fuel line it will drain back to the tank.

Brake, running and trun signal do not work.

Sounds like you could be having an issue with the onboard electronics. With as much "computer" controlled items and systems on the vehicles now adays. I would have to say your best shot is to take it into a repair shop and have them hook their system up and see if something hasn't gotten scrambled in the system. Or it could end up being that a wireing harness or connection may be lose and causing issues with the entire system.
