How do I tether my Cricket Samsung to a Windows XP computer?

Maybe you need a (phone) network receiver in your computer to receive the mobile network signals directly from cricket, either a card or a USB 'dongle'. I don't know why your Galaxy won't tether.

I don't know that tethering is possible with a Cricket. You would have to contact your service provider directly since they are the only ones who can enable tethering in the first place.

Brain lara international cricket 2007 doesnot support windows 8 and windows 8.1 platform so it gives some errors like 0x00000xxx. Downgrade the operating system to windows 7,xp or windows server 2008 then it works fine. It is not the pirated cds problem its platform problem. You cant even run in compatible mode in windows 8,8.1.

You should change your computer theme. If it still doesn't open, you should run it in compatible mode for win XP.

cricket 2007 is compatible for window xp and vista only

u can play the cricket 2005 on windows 7 by following these steps

1. right click on the setup file of Cricket 2005 and select properties
2. select the tab Compatibility and you have to select the option which says" Run this program for compatible mode for" and select Windows Xp Service Pack 2 and click on apply button .
3. Then install the game

Right click on the program then click on the compatibility tab and select to run the program in Windows XP mode.

I am sorry to tell you this, but unfortunately, EA Sports Cricket 07 is NOT CAPABLE IN WINDOWS 7.
Alternative Method:
1.Get Windows XP installed and enjoy your playing.
OR
2.(Not Recommended)Find other game to replace this since this is a really old version, but EA didn't come up with a new version.
Can't Help much. But effort tried.

You'll need a recent version of Samsung Kies, instead of PC Studio, as a software interface to tether your Samsung Star 3G Nano to ur pc.

1. install the Kies, preferably over Windows 7 ultimate.
2. have ur activated Rs. 98 GPRS/EDGE account readied.
3. Run Kies. Connect ur phone to ur PC. Let it get detected by Kies.
4. Finally use the Tethering icon to begin the process. Default options will be fine.

If you are getting "web page not found" error message, then you are not connected to the internet. Are you using PdaNet as the tethering program? You should have this installed on both the phone and your computer.
