If you're sure the FM signal strength at your area is good, the fault is with its AFT [Automatic Fine Tuning] system circuit inside the device. Contact any service technician to get it repaired. This is not a user repairable fault. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

SOURCE: technika tv lcd 19-907 tuning in to sky in bedroom.

Hi i had the same problem but i have sorted mine now. What i was doing wrong was i wasnt tuning in the analoge channels only the freeview digital ones. To do this you need to first turn your tv on. Then press the "source" button, this will bring up a little menu at the top left hand side. When this menu comes up press the "Programme +" button (the one that you use for changing channels near the volume button) press this until you get up to "TV", when T.V is highlighted just wait 3 secs and it will switch over. You will probably get a blue screen with a no signal message (you are now on analogue) when you get this blue screen press the "tune" button. It will automatically start tuning in all of your channels, at first they will be fuzzy but as it works they will become clearer. Your sky channel will also be tuned in. When mine tuned in it didnt tune them in on the right numbers though, bbc2 was on number 1 etc. If you ever need to use a playstation or something it goes into the scart connection at the side of the t.v and you need to press "source" and go up to "scart". To get back onto the digital channels just press "dtv/dvd".
hope i helped!

SOURCE: without connecting the aeriel to

An attenuator reduces all signals. Attenuators are often used when you are close to a transmitter that causes interference to other stations. By knocking the signals down, the strong signal is less likely to interfere with the other stations, while the other station's signals will be reduced too - many can now be tuned and viewed. This comes with the risk that some stations that had a signal that was just over the threshold of being tuned and watched no longer have a signal level that passes through the attenuator. This is what is happening in your situation.

Determine if you can watch stations you like without the attenuator. If so, do not reinstall it. If you find that some of the stations are being interfered with by another station - see if you can change the amount of attenuation in the device. Some attenuators are adjustable and make this easy to do. If yours is not adjustable, you might consider purchasing an adjustable type - as the one you have is not suitable.

Lastly, consider installing a rotatable antenna. This will allow you to aim the antenna directly at the broadcaster's antenna - allowing you to reject signals not in the same direction. This should reduce your interference from other strong signals that originate from a different direction. This will also increase the signal strength from all transmitters as you can point your antenna directly as the antenna - instead of capturing signals from the side or back of your antenna.

I hope this helps and good luck! please rate my reply. thank you.

SOURCE: how can i tune mt

If you are running a Sat, there is no need to tune your TV. Put it on the input that your Sat is using. If it is connected through your antenna input, just manually put your set on channel 3.

How can I listen to the radio without the head set?

Hi Arthur, unfortunately you can't as the wired headset acts as an antenna!

Since the FM radio uses the provided wired stereo headset as its antenna, before opening the application, connect the headset to your phone's the audio jack.
9.3.1 Opening the FM Radio
1. On the Home screen, touch
2. The first time you open FM radio, touch Auto tuning, which automatically scans for
available FM channels, saves them as presets, and plays the first FM channel
found.
