I just bought a brand new pram Kortina in April, 2010 and I have a manual for it in .pdf. If I would have had your email address - I could send it to you - all instructional photos are there. Hi, We have a pram ora duoletto which had the same problem we brought wd40 from robert dyers and it worked a treat it fixes any squeeks. It costs about £3.75 but will last an age. We sprayed our wheels a month ago and there have been no more squeeks since.

hi I think I could help I bought a bertini shuttle as well if you stand behind the pram on the right run your hand down the right side of the hood there is a push up lever there mine is grey ok you need to push the grey? lever but also on the left and right there is a black lever you must push up al together hope this helps good luck from debbie
