I contacted our sales rep and she was able to guide me to the correct products.
SOURCE: Paper will not feed
Please follow the steps given below:
1. Unplug all cables from the back of the printer.
2. Open the front cover and look above the steel rod. You should see a black belt with rubber teeth on it. (On some models, the cartridge access is very small, but the belt should still be visible.)
3. Take the top part of the belt and move it gently to the right. The cartridges should come towards the center.
4. If the cartridges will not move, tilt the printer on its back and try moving the belt again.
5. If it still will not move, try putting your finger inside the area where the cartridges are stuck (with the printer still on its back), and push them firmly against the cartridge carrier holder while you move the belt with your other hand.
6. Once the cartridge carrier is in the middle, please make sure that the cartridges are snapped firmly into the cartridge carrier. Note: Make sure that these cartridges are the correct models for your printer. Once the cartridges are seated properly, they should not become loose inside the carrier.
7. Plug all the connections back in and power the printer up.
8. Open the front cover again to see if the cartridges slide to the center.
SOURCE: I'm getting black streaks down the left side of
black streaks the toner cartridge is leaking from the left side which is easy to check pull the tone and look at the gears on the left side to see if toner is present. if these gears have toner on them the cartridge is leaking replace it. check the fuser for wear marks on the hot roller which is the top roller when these get worn through the outer coating they will create black streaks

take a q-tip and clean the scanner window. this is located in a 3/16' opening on the roof of the printer cavity it will be about 8inchs long. pull the toner cartridge and feel with your fingers on the roof of the cavity this will be located above the transfer roller slightly towards the front of the printer. white lines like this mean the laser is being blocked usually by a bit of toner or other dirt of some kind
SOURCE: I have a Lexmark C534dn
On laser printers, this can be caused by the charge roller or the print head. I would first look at cleaning thoroughly the charge roller (this is the roller that goes in to the Toner cartridge when you close the lid.
Use soapy water and let dry COMPLETELY before reinstalling. Or just replace it (better choice really)
This can also be caused by the print head and the fuser. so if the charge roller doesn't fix the problem, start looking there
