Depends on the make and model but an Error code E02 on most washing machines is slow water flow probably caused by a blocked filter! Remove panel on front bottom left or right side and clean filter! Should then clear error itself!

If your system "locks up" and your mouse becomes an "hourglass" (giving the indication that it is permanently "working"), most likely the last report that was selected by the last user was the Sales By Product report. The Sales by Product report files will need to be deleted before you will be able to access reports again.
To delete the Sales by Product report files, please do the following:
Go to your Start menu and choose Find or Search Do a search for Files or Folders For the File Name to search for, type in:
*.rpt
Make sure the system is looking for this search text on your local C: drive (if there is a Look In box, click the downward facing arrow, and select the C: drive). Click Find Now or Search When Windows locates it, delete Sales by Product.rpt by right-clicking on the file and then selecting Delete from the pop-up menu. Do another search; for the File Name to search for, type in:
*.rpf
Click Find Now or Search When Windows locates it, delete Sales by Product.rpf by right-clicking on the file and then selecting Delete from the pop-up menu.
After completing this, you should be able to access your reports once again in your program.
Go to your inbox highlight the least important messages, an indication on wether to delete and maybe more will be displayed depending on the phone... Click on delete and accept and you have your message deleted.

The symptoms you've described is an indication of out-of-regulation condition on the power supply board. This is caused by faulty (leaky/dried) electrolytic capacitor on that board. It will dropped the normal voltage and will disable the unit resulting to that kind of symptoms. Leaky electrolytic capacitor has a physical indication of fault like bulged/dome at the top and can be easily identify through visual inspection. If your unit is not under warranty period (if so avail it because the manufacturer will fix it for free), take off the rear cover and then inspect the power supply board (this is where the power cord's directly connected) for leaky capacitor. If you found them on the power supply board, replaced it with same capacitance and working voltage that is printed on its body itself. You may buy it at digikey.com, partstore.com, radioshack.com, ebay.com or to your nearest electronics supply. Please watch the video below for more info regarding electrolytic capacitor.

How to desolder parts on the board.
Dried electrolytic capacitor has no physical indication of fault. You must have a capacitor checker to determine its condition and pinpoint the faulty one. If not available, you may replace all capacitors on the output of the power supply board, it will not cost you much because this is one of the cheapest parts on your unit, cost only $1 more or less.

:Hi i think even after formatting your cell the files in the phone memory are still there. from mobile phone you are not able to delete files right? connect the phone to the "computer " using Bluetooth now open the Pcsuite on the Computer >go to file manager open Phone memory>and delete the unwanted stuff
