Hi Basil, Sorry for the delay in replying, I was confused as to the nature of the issue, If it is a treadmill or inverter issue......This is an inverter problem that you have. To reset the E12 error code you need to turn the power off and then on! This should clear the code!

YES. ALL SWITCH AT INPUTS ARE OFF.NO 3 PHASE MOTOR CONNECTED.DIGITAL OPERATOR SHOWS E12 FIRST , AFTER 3 SEC. 000A AND AFTER 3SEC. 32V AND REPEAT THE SAME CYCLE.

According to the manual, The E12 code is activated when the ext switch is on! To reset the switch must be off then either press reset button or turn power off then on! If you are sure the ext switch is off then could a fuse be blown?

How do i fix a lifegear treadmill 97520?

Try below:

ERROR CODE
DESCRIPTION
E1
Speed error (The treadmill running speed is 3.2 kph faster than the displayed
speed). The treadmill will stop immediately when the console detects this error.
E2
Speed error (The treadmill running speed is 3.2 kph slower than the displayed
speed). The treadmill will stop 16 seconds later after the console detects this
error.
Troubleshooting / Resetting error codes
In the rare event of the treadmill displaying an error code ("E" followed by a number), simply reset
the computer by:
1. Step off the treadmill. Ensure that you are clear of the running belt.
2. Turn the treadmill off at the master power switch located near the motor housing.
WARNING: Ensure nothing is positioned near or under running belt which may possibly block
it's normal operation.
3. Turn the treadmill on at the master power switch.
4. Ensure that the Safety Tether Key is securely and properly installed onto the console or just
reinstalling the Safety Tether Key can also reset the display.
If the above does not clear the error code, please contact the nearest Dealer/Service Center

My washing has a E12 code on it.

I appreciate your inquiry, friend!
From what you have described your Electrolux washer is displaying an error code of "E12". An "E12" error code stands for a non-fatal reading or writing to the memory. This can be cleared with a reset and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for roughly ten minutes. If this does not resolve your issue it could be a possible problem with your control panel and that may need to be replaced. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

ERROR E03 WHATS IS MEAN ON MY CONVERTER 600 WATTS ELIMINATOR

Hi, here is the error codes that I could find for you, it seems you are overloading the inverter. That means you cannot connect a kettle or other heavy load to the output. See all error codes below, hoep this helps.

Problem: The AC load will not operate, error code shows on digital
display and alarm is sounding.
Error Possible Cause Solution
E01 Low voltage shutdown because battery is discharged.
Recharge battery. Shorten cables or use heavier cables.
E02 Over-voltage shutdown because of high input voltage.
Verify the charging system is properly regulated and the battery
is 12 V nominal.
E03 The AC product(s) connected are rated at more than the
inverter's continuous power rating; overload shutdown has
occurred. Use a product with a power rating within the inverter's continuous power rating (see Table 3).
E04 The inverter has overheated due to poor ventilation.
Overheating shutdown has occurred.Turn inverter off and allow to cool for 15 minutes. Clear blocked fan or remove objects covering unit. Move the inverter to a cooler place. Reduce load if continuous
operation is required.
E05 The AC products connected have a surge power that exceeds
the Digital Inverter's surge capability or the AC products connected are short-circuited and shutdown has occurred. The products exceed the inverter's surge capability. Use a product with a starting surge power within the Digital Inverter's capability.

ERR on the treadmill when I switch on. how do I fix and get working

Any other codes displayed? Safety key fit firmly in? Go to the front of the treadmill turn off the power switch off and unplugg the unit for at least 30 seconds then plug in the unit turn power switch back on. If this does not clear the error code your unit will most likely need to be serviced.

How do I interupt drive power on a J100-A IGBT

That is not a very clear question. When you say interupt drive power,d o you just want to stop the drive? or do you want to render it safe to work on. To stop the drive removing the drive command signal is fine. or look at the wiring diagram and connect some type of stop button. The drive will stop in whatever mode you programmed it for (coast, braking etc) To render it safe for somone to work on it would require a lockable disconnect switch that can be locked in the open position with a padlock (standard fusable or nonfusable disconnect) If you don't have your manual, you can download one here: http://www.inverter.co.uk/applications/hitachi.htm
