It will not start all program buttons are illuminated but program will not move to selected

It could be due to a blown fuse and the fuse that has blown needs to be replaced.Or it could of had stopped working.

To Set the Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level
• With the "CLEAN" and "SANITIZED" and "RINSE AGENT" Indicator
Lights flashing.
• Press the "Tone Level.
• As you press the "Indicator Lights illuminating and the Cycle Completion Signal
Tone level changing.
o If none of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated,
there will be no tone. The Cycle Completion Signal is turned
off.
o If one of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated,
there will be a low Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level.
o If two of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated,
there will be a medium Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level.
o If three of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated, you
will be at the maximum Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level.
• Press "START" to save your settings.

Manual Programming:

1. Turn on the device with which you want to use the remote control.

2. Locate a 3-digit code for your device.

3. Press and hold the corresponding button on the remote control
(TV, VCR, SAT, DVD, CAB or AUD) for approximately three seconds unitl the POWER INDICATOR illuminates.

4. Enter the 3-digit code for your device within 30 seconds. The POWER INDICATOR shuts off.

5. Press power button to verify correct code entry. If the device shuts off, the code was entered correctly. If the device does not shut off, repeat steps 3-4, using a different code.





Automatic Programming

With automatic programming, the remote control tests all the codes available on the Code List and assigns the correct code for the selected device.

1. Turn off the device with which you want to use the remote control.

2. Press and hold the corresponding button on the remote control(TV, VCR, SAT, DVD, CAB or AUD) until the POWER INDICATOR illuminates. The remote control is in programming mode.

3.Press and release power button. The POWER INDICATOR flashes once and stays on
indicating the unit is in Power Scan mode.

3. Press CHANNEL UP or CHANNEL DOWN repeatedly until the device turns on.

4. When the device turns on, press OK to store the code.

5. Press any other button. If the device responds, the remote control has been programmed. If the device does not respond, repeat steps 2-5.

Perform a cold reset

1. Turn the printer on.
2. Watch the control panel.
3. When the memory starts counting, press and hold the green (Select) button. Continue to hold Select button until all three Control Panel LED's are illuminated and on solid.
4. Release the (Select) button.
5. The control panel will display SELECT LANGUAGE .
6. Press (Down Arrow) button until control panel displays COLD RESET .
7. Press (Select). The printer will perform a cold reset and then continue its power-on sequence.

Please follow the steps below to program your remote control to equipment other then your DISH receiver:
Note: If you start this procedure and at any time and do not press a button within 20 seconds, the remote will end the procedure automatically. Simply start over again. Use the TV button for your TV, the VCR button for your VCR or DVD player. These Mode buttons are located at the top of your remote control.
1. With the desired equipment on, press and hold the correct Mode button until all mode button backlights illuminate, then release. 
2. Press the numbers 5-0-0 on the remote control. 
3. Press the Pound (#) button on the remote. 
4. Press and hold the correct Mode button until all mode button backlights illuminate, then release. 
5. Press and release the Power button on the remote control. 
6. Press the Up button once a second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment. If the code for the equipment comes up, the equipment will power off. 
7. Press the Pound (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.

i dont have a code for this brand but there is always the power scan, for dvd power scans, hold down vcr, when all buttons illuminate press 500 then pound, then hold vcr button again, when all buttons illuminate press big red power button, then press up arrow once a second until dvd player shuts off, once it shuts off press pound sign below 9,

First try this method as it is the quickest way,

To program a component using the Automatic Code Search method, perform the following steps:
1. Turn on the component you want the remote control to operate. 2. Press and release the component button that corresponds to the component you want the remote control to operate. The illuminated ON-OFF button turns on and remains on.
3. Press and hold both the component and ON-OFF buttons. The illuminated ON-OFF button turns off. 4. After the illuminated ON-OFF button turns back on, release both buttons. The illuminated ON-OFF button remains on. If you press an invalid button during Auto Code Search, the illuminated ON-OFF button blinks four times and turns off. The last programmed code under that component button is retained. 5. Press and release the PLAY button.
6. If, after five seconds, the component does not respond, continue to press the PLAY button every five seconds until the component turns off. Each time the PLAY button is pressed, the illuminated ON-OFF button blinks ten times while a block of 10 codes is sent to your component. This process continues until all of the codes in the Code Lists have been searched. If the component has not turned off after all codes have been searched, the illuminated ON-OFF button blinks four times, turns off, and the Auto Code Search Entry method is exited. 7. When the component turns off, press and release the REVERSE button, then wait two seconds to see if the component turns on again. If the component does not respond, continue to press the REVERSE button every two seconds until the component turns on again. This will isolate the correct code in the last block of codes sent. Each time the REVERSE button is pressed, the illuminated ON-OFF button blinks.
If the REVERSE button is accidentally pressed after the component responds, press and release the FORWARD button. Wait two seconds to see if the component turns off again. 8. To save the new code, when the illuminated ON-OFF button turns off, press and release the STOP button.
If some of the features of your component do not work, different codes in the list can be tried until you find the code that allows the remote to control the majority of your component’s functions.

Check see if your illuminate wire(orange) is connected properly. If it is, you should get a high illumination when your lights are off and low illumination when lights are on.
