Does not measure distance

Ohms is a measure of resistance as in an electrical resistor. Wire also has very small resistance but a long length of wire can equal a fair bit of resistance.
Now, to your question, you can't measure ohms in feet - unless you know the resistance per foot of wire (as an example).

Measure the distance between both ends of the cable. This does not include the ends (Ball or round ends) on each of the cables to get the measured length of the cable..

Use a ruler to measure the lengths of the sides and a protractor to measure the angles. The scale factor is the lengths of one divided by the lengths of the other.

Measure your inseam length by standing barefoot against a wall, use a book to press up as high as possible between your legs, and measure the distance from the top of the book to the floor.

Take that length and multiply that with 0.65 to give you the distance from the top of your saddle down to the center of you BB axle, where your crank goes through. The distance indicated by A on this pic.

A yard is 1 dimensional so just a straight line.
A cubic yard is 3 dimensional so imagine a box with all sides being 1 yard long, the volume of this box is a cubic yard.

INPUT YOUR STRIDE LENGTH (Range: 12 inches to 60 inches or 30cm to 150cm) 1. Walk 10 steps. 2. Measure the distance that you've walked either from heel-to-heel or toe-to-toe. 3. Divide by the distance covered to arrive at your Stride Length. 4. Example: measured distance 360 inches, number of steps taken was 10 = 36 inches stride length. Important: Please remember that the length of your stride while walking is different than the length of your stride while running. If you plan to use this pedometer for both types of exercise, you will have to reprogram your stride length when you go from one to the other. 5. Press MODE button to reach the DISTANCE MODE showing MILE or KM. 6. In DISTANCE MODE, press the SET button. The display will show previous stride input in Inches or CM and start to flash. it is still length times width. the laser must turn 90 degrees or the measurements will be off slightly. Im not sure which laser you have but the one i use says store on one of the buttons and i use it to store distance one
