My friend, thank you for this information. I understand your frustration at not being able to program Mom's telephone number into your Durabrand so she can speed dial you.
Thank you for this information. At least now I can suspect this is a telephone to be used with a hard wire telephone system, probably in a home, and not a cell telephone.
I searched Durabrand and, well, I still don't know who they are or where they are. I was going to try to get to the instruction book that
should have come with your telephone. I couldn't find any Durabrand web site. So, now I share a part of your frustration, but at least you have the telephone in your hand to work with, while I have nothing.
If this is a new device, and you don't have the instruction book, I suggest you return it to the place you bought it and get a model that has instructions with it. Perhaps you should inquire before you leave the store as to programming issues.
The best I can do at this point is offer this web site for you to search:
www.archive.org. And, additionally, I will suggest there is, on the telephone, some place where you can get a menu. You will have to search the menu for the speed dial directory. Once you find that, it should be self-explaniatory.
