Fault with main board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Try a reset to this set, before contact the authorized service centre. To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Service mode entry, adjust and exit procedure to many popular brand TVs are given. Never forget to exit the service mode, after all adjustments have been done.

SOURCE: LG TV 32LB9D VOLUME STUCK AT 100, NO RESPONSE TO REMOTES

The fault may be on the control board. Sometimes the button switches can be stuck, or there may be something causing some conduction on the control circuit board. It is also possible to have a component failure that is causing a continuous command to keep the volume to the high position.

Something that causes failures of controls in TV sets is when people clean the screen, they spray liquid cleaner on the screen. Some of it drips down in to the controls and on to the circuit board. This will usually cause damage, and thus the set will require shop service.

SOURCE: LG TV no longer responds to the remote control..

I have had the exact same problem with my 47LG70 after 13 months of use. I changed my remote control sensor but it did not help. Before you do that, try something simple which seems irrelevant. On this website, others have posted success by plugging in any standing set of headphones into the remote control or headphone jack on the rear TV panel. This solved my problem. So I proceeded to thoroughly dust all of the input/output component jacks on the rear and side of the TV with an air-can. This solved my problem and I do not need to have the headphones plugged in. So try these two things before changing the sensor.

try unplugging your t.v for a few minutes, then plug it back in. if it continues check your owners manual or google your issue. this might be the red flash of death. hopefully unplugging it works. good luck!

3D option on menu is not slectable

1) you must try again, replace the batteries with new one.
2) if doesnot work call the LG ,company go www.lg.com and get support online via chat, and ask them about your problem.
Most of the time is the Microcontroller section, for VCC +RST+CLOCK problem, this is a difficult for normal persons to test, you must go to the repair shop TV as another option,if the LG company fail.

My lg tv displays V3.10.1 an does not respond to manual or remote control

It is showing the software/firmware version--seems you may have by accident gotten into a place you should not be in---best answer is get LG on the phone with model number and the V3 information---I doubt anyone here will resolve this issue instantly.
