I advise you to buy a charger with the current and voltage ratings provided on the battery with the USB output and connect the phone with the data cable to get it charged.Or you can directly connect to the computer to get it charged.

Why motorola radius cp200 flashes red while charging?

Typically when the charger flashes red you have one of the following conditions:
1) The battery is simply too low to charge. Leave it on the charger for a few hours to see if it resolves. If it is a new battery return the battery for a replacement.
2) Your battery is not making good connection. Clean the battery and charger contacts with a pencil eraser. Check your contacts in the charge itself to make certain one isn't damaged or broken.
3) Your battery has an internal short. Test the battery on another charger to see if you get the same result. If so, replace the battery. 4) If you have a charger problem, the best test is to try another battery in the charger. Reminder: be certain the insert is turned the correct direction for the battery you are using.
Best regards.

Screen is black all the time, can't turn phone on or off

1) Is your charger / adapter working OK ?
Most of the time, an adatper or charger contains a red or green LED, showing it's active, when inserted in the wall-outlet (110 / 240 V AC). In some cases, this LED will emit light, only when the mobile phone is connected.
If this doesn't happen, you might consider buying a new(er) charger for your mobile phone.

2) Is battery charged ?
No further discussion / c;arification needed.

3) Does phone contain an old(er) battery ?
If the mobile phone is used for a longer time or used intensely, the battery might be "worn out". A battery is able to be charged, but will show it's limits, because of it's maximum usage. With this I mean, they can be charged a maximum amount of times. If you even use a quick-charger, the battery may suffer more, resulting in a less longer lifetime. In such case you can replace your battery, by simply ordering / buying a new battery for your mobile phone.

Can i charge peg perego battery 12 volt with the regular car charger

Actually I did it successfully over the weekend with a Sears 6/2 amp car charger. First I removed the battery caps and topped the cells off with water. Then I set the charger on 6 amp for approx. 4 hours. I monitored it and as water began to overflow I suctioned it off. The result - a very happy grandson riding his Gator

Charger problem

Let it charge for a good 6 hours before reaching any conclusions.
If it does not work for real, you are stuck since you are now without a charger and unable to identify if it is the phone itself. sorry to say this. i think you will have to buy another charger, the fact that it fits another phone should not be a problem. Is it making full contact with your phone when plugged in? that connection there might be the problem.

I have one motorola RAZR V3I; WHICH IS NOT CHARGING EVEN A NEW BATTERY. KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE ADDRESS OF THE SERVICE CENTER. I AM STAYING IN CIVIL LINES, DELHI

Hello,

the reason your phone is not charging a battery is either because the charger or the charging port or the battery terminal is faulty.

To test if it is the charger try it on another motorola phone, to see if it works, ifit does not, then you can replace the charger.

To test if it is the battery, try the battery in another similar phone and try to charge it to see if it works, if it does not then it is the battery that needs replacement.

To test the terminal head, get a meter reader, open the phone and test the battery terminal if it does not read it, then it is the terminal that needs replacement.

To test if it is the charging port, try a new tested ok charger on it to see if it work, if it does not then the charging port has a fault and needs replacement.

If you still insist on cantacting motorola, their contacts are below.

No information on any motorola close to Delhi.

Walkie talkie batteries don't last

The Batteries that Motorola uses will die after a while mainly because people leave them on the charger all of the time. But there is a way to refresh them. You let the battery die completely, then you charge it up for about 12 hours. Then you let the battery die completely. Do this a couple of times and the batteries will last long.
Also, Motorola use to make a battery refresher (or did when I worked there.) It will charge and drain the battery automatically. It will even give you a fault if the battery is completely dead. For the HT1000 (for example) it would be the WPPN4065BR.
For future reference, don't constantly charge a battery. Only have it on the charger when the battery is actually dead or very low. This will increase battery life.

I BUY 2 WAY RADIOS MOTOROLA XU2100 OFTEN BUT LATELY THEY GET BURNED WHEN THEY ARE CHARGIN AFTER THE CHARGE I TURN THEM ON THE DISPLAY SHOWS THE CHANNEL BUT THEN IT FADES AWAY AND GETS REAL HOT THEN IT...

1) Clean all your battery contacts with a pencil eraser. This includes the contacts on the charger (if a drop-in style), battery and the radio.

2) Check your battery date code. It is a 4 digit number on the white portion of your battery. The first two numbers are the year, followed by the week of the year. (Example: 0946 would be 2009 the 46th week.) Your battery pack should be less than 2 years old to work correctly.

3) Check to see you are using the correct charger. The XTN style charger should have a white label on the cord indicating it is for the XTN radio.

You most likely have batteries which are failing or shorted out. It would be advisable to remove them from the radio and replace them with new batteries. Continued charging of shorted/bad batteries will damage your radio.

Best regards.
