What is your question about using the walkie talkie? These are standard FRS low power walkie talkies. You need to set both to the same channel. Turn both on. Push the transmit button and speak into the microphone which is on the face of the radio. You should hear the voice in the other walkie talkie.

Note; all of these FRS talkies have substantially less range than advertised. They should provide reliable service within about 1/4 mile line of sight, no more. In an urban environment with lots of buildings you will get less.

You will find the manual here. The radio is part of the 280 series radios, so there is a general manual on all in that series.

This one should be a very close match. The T4508 is a foreign version of the T4500.

SOURCE: One of my tlkr-t3 walkie talkie's will not recieve.

One of my tlkr-t3 walkie talkie's will not recieve.

They worked fine the first time we tried them out. Then they were put away for several weeks, and when they've been switched on, one now doesn't send. I checked this by the other putting in scan mode but it doesn't stop scanning at the channel it is assumed to send with. I tried all the channels for sending but neither one is detected. The other way around, so the first one in scanning mode, the 2nd in send mode, works fine (the scanning stops at the channel of the sending one, as expected).
So my conclusion is, that one doesn't send.
I interchanged the (fresh) batteries, but this doesn;t change.
So what could be the problem?

Syncernise audiovox walkie talkies

I assume you mean Synchronise audiovox. By that, I assume you have two of more radios that don't talk to each other. If you can provide a model number, I can guide you to a manual website.

It won't matter which frequency you run these on as long as they match and you have a clear signal.

Where can I get the belt clips that go on the back of my Audiovox FR-1438 Walkie Talkies ??

Hi,

I'm not familiar with that make of radio, but try taking the unit to your local Radioshack or similar store, and I'm sure they will come up with a solution.

I hope this answer helps you find the part.

Cheers,
Peter

How long do you charge the Audiovox GMRS1072CH for.

On Audiovox's 9V 250mA ( not certain) suggested charge time is 8hrs, but if you pop the batteries out of the back and stick them into a dedicated battery charger you can usually have fresh batteries in 2-3hrs.
