How do I replace the gateway all-in-one ZX4351 motherboard for other motherboard intel maybe?

if your motherboard looks like the same in the posted link means yes you can change your motherboard with intel motherboard and processor

google your motherboard and see if it takes you too gateway home site, and the find support downloads and they should have yor bios.
you mayalso have a motherboard which detects bios updates and you can boot into the bios and check for an auto update

Any modern power supply will work with this motherboard, check connections and make sure all switches are "on" and no fuses are blown.

Depends if the fan's can even be cleaned. There will probably be several screws you will need to remove on the back, along with the stand. The edges may need to be pried open, preferably with a plastic pry bar so you don't damage the case. Once the case is open unscrew the fan and see if it has a rubber stopper in the center, possibly under a sticker. If it does then you can open that and add a drop or two of sewing machine oil and it should be quiet after. If it isn't then I'd just replace the fan.

While I have no idea what you mean about the monitor, I can address the HD situation.

You must remove it, and set the jumpers to slave, then attach the HD to a working PC of your own, and see whether the data is in tact, or scrambled from the lightning.

Is it worth it... Maybe the ram upgrade to 8GB is worth the money...

Also, some all in one computers are very hard to even figure out how to open. You better make sure you can do it before you try. You also might want to check if opening the case voids your warranty too.

It's possible that you somehow messed up the audio driver... Go here and download the latest driver and re-install it.... You may want to uninstall the current one first from device manager.

I have to assume you get a power light on the monitor. If possible hook the monitor up to a different PC. If it works the problem is in the PC not the monitor. If not then the monitor is at fault. If the monitor see if there is an image on the screen by shining a flashlight on the face. If there is an image then the backlighting has failed. On desktop monitors it is usually the power board that lights the CCFL backlight lamps and it could be as simple as failed electrolytic capacitors that have swollen and failed. If so you could replace the capacitors or replace the whole power board. Of course most people opt to replace the monitor as a whole. If the monitor works fine then the video section is at fault. If it has a plugin video board then check to see if it's fully seated in the slot. If the video is integrated on the motherboard then motherboard replacement is needed.
