Singer has many of the manuals for their machines here: https://www.singer.com/support . See page 13 for the oiling directions. However, your numbers don't match the Singer serial numbers that I know. Most serial numbers either have no letters or one - two letters at the beginning of the number. There was a period when Singer used both a Registration and a Factory number to in the serial numbers. However, that ended before 1900 with the 12K batch.

Probably difficult to find a manual for such an old machine. Back then, the machines had individual serial numbers but no model number. A group of serial numbers comprised a specific model. You may be able to find some instructions for the particular model. You might find more information about your machine here:

Google singer and serial, or find singer collectors they probably have complete serial number list. Hopefully, it will correspond to a model, then more search for information on the model.
