My Sony KF-50WE610 TV won't turn on. The power button flashes green 45-46 times and then flashes Red for another 5-6 times but the screen doesn't come on. Can this be fixed?

Needs new lamp or the fan is out.

SOURCE: SONY flat screen will turn on green light showing but no picture. TV turns off in 5 seconds. Advice???
