The holder that takes 35 mm negative strips on one side and 4, 35 mm slides on the other has a plastic frame that holds the 35 mm film in place. To load film you have to first remove that frame by putting your finger in the opening by the large "A" and popping that end up. The frame fits in only one direction and must be clipped back in by first engaging the two small fingers into openings at the end opposite to the "A" and the lowering the retainer down snapping the 3 sets of 3 clips as you work toward the "A".

Stripped threads in accessory holder for cannondale ultra.. How do I remove old ones and install new.. Drink holder won't tighten down due to bad threads.. Any ideas

I am assuming you are talking about the bolts in the frame for the water bottle holders. You can take it to the bike shop and have them install a "Rivnut." This entails drilling out the frame boss that is stripped, and installing a Rivnut with is a rivet that is threaded for a specific size, in this case, the same size for cage bolts. Or you could order the kit and tools yourself, but then you would be left with extra Rivnuts and tools.

DE45EJ-T When you put tray in it won't turn on. If you push the lever with your finger it works without tray

That's because when you reinsert the bucket into the bucket holder, it's not making firm contact with the bucket safety removal switch. When you reinstall it, be sure that the bucket fits "squarely" into the holder from top to bottom. Once it's inserted properly, it just not tilt down on the bottom.

Sigma lens APO170-500mm to fit on SLR camera body

Sigma makes lenses with a variety of mounts to fit a variety of cameras. A lens with a Canon mount won't fit onto a Nikon camera, for example. Assuming the lens has the proper mount for your camera, it should fit fine.

How do I turn old negatives that won't fit the holder into photos? They are 3.5" x 2" or 82 x 57 mm for you kids!

That model does not support scanning those size negatives - only 35mm strips or slides.

Scanned 35mm slide comes out as rectangle with dark edges

I've not ever seen "square" 35mm slides. By definition they are a rectangular positive film in an outer square "mount".

If you have a truly square piece of film then it is not a 35mm slide. You may have to use settings other than those for a 35mm film but these would be I don't know.

When were they taken (approximately)? What brand of film? Are they in a cardboard "mount?
