The fans heat speed is low speed and the cool speed is high speed. High speed is controlled by the fan relay normally open switch, the low speed is controlled by the temperature delay or time delay.

IT SOUNDS TO ME LIKE EITHER YOUR SYSTEMS LOW VOLTAGE WIRING IS INCORRECT, MOST LIKELY @ THE FURNACE. IT COULD ALSO SIMPLY BE THAT WHEN THE TECHNICIAN THAT INSTALLED THE T-STAT AT START-UP DID NOT GO THROUGH THE INSTALLER SET-UP & CHOOSE THE CORRECT SETTINGS FOR A DUEL FUEL SYSTEM. TRY THIS " SET THE THERMOSTAT TO EMERGENCY HEAT, WAIT A MINUTE OR TWO & SEE IF THAT TURNED GAS FURNACE ON. IF SO THEN IT'S A SIMPLE FIX IN THE WIRING OR PROGRAMMING & NOT SOMETHING MAJOR! GOOD LUCK!
Hello, the blower will run continues if
1) the limit switch has tripped
2) the relay on the intergrated control board is stuck
Try tapping on the control board and let me know if it shuts down.
DON'T BUY A NEW ONE JUST YET! IF THE BATTERIES DIED & THERMOSTA LOST POWER, IT MAY HAVE LOST IT'S MEMORY. IT MOST LIKELY WENT BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS, & NEEDS TO BE RE-PROGRAMMED THROUGH THE INSTALLER SET-UP MENU. HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE THE PAPERWORK FOR THE THERMOSTAT STILL & CAN POSSIBLY DO THE SET-UP YOURSELF. IT SHOULD HAVE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS IN THE INSTALLATION GUIDE (NOT THE OWNERS MANUAL)
check to see that your condensate line is not plugged. next check the p-trap where your line goes in. also check your flue abs flue pipe see as it comes out of roof is it open or does it have an elbow coming off of it i usually install with elbow preferably less water goes in the units resevoir hope that helps u
