SOURCE: DLP TV turning on and off automatically - Mitsubishi WD-52327

1. Unit powers on and works properly for a while then shuts off with a red lamp LED (lamp error). Suspect bad lamp part # 915P020010 2. Lamp enable line at J14 pin 6 does not switch to 5 volts after turn on, 12 and 5 volt supplies are good. Suspect the Light Engine part # 939P977010 3. At power on the lamp turns on and off three times and then the unit shuts down with a red lamp LED (lamp error). Replace the Light Engine part # 939P977010 4. Check for 12-volts DC at J-9 connector pin 4 on the Engine Driver PCB, if missing check for an open F9A09 on the Power PCB, if it is open replace F9A09 part # 283P127060 and the Light Engine part # 939P977010 5. Lamp enable line at connector J14 pin 6 on the Engine Driver PCB switches to 5 volts after turn on but does not go back to 0-volts (low) after 5 seconds, 12 and 5 volt supplies are good. Suspect the Light Engine part # 939P977010 6. Check for 5-volts DC at J-9 connector pin 1 and 2 on the Engine Driver PCB if low or missing check C9A37 and C9A38 both 3300 UFD 10 V part # 181P732040 on the Power PCB part # 930B929001

SOURCE: i have a 62 inch mitsubishi dlp model#wd-62525 serial#125902 , tv will not power up it has a flashing green lite below the timer button that flashes,i have try the reset button but it just starts blin

if the light just constantly blicks green and doesnt stop. You will need the" V26 DM repair kit " which will usually repair that issue. You can get the repair kit at the following link which includes the replacement capacitor and instructions

SOURCE: Mitsubishi WD-52525 52-inch DLP HDTV ywllow warning lamp light

that means your lamp it is getting to the end of its life.
sometimes even if the lamp still good the TV will send you that message because that timer is closed to 5000 hours

What you can do is open the lamp door, closed again and the tv will ask you if you replaced it the lamp, and just say yes and that sign will go away

or just simple replace the lamp. 915P020010

My Mitsubishi tv WD 73734 won't show a picture you can hear sound and it powers on and off lamp light red and timer lighter blinking

No TVs will behave that way due to a timer. TVs only will display a nag screen telling you to reset the timer. If your lamp is more than 2 years old, it is suspect of failure. Be sure you buy a lamp with an Osram brand or Philips brand bulb inside. Any compatible(knockoff)lamps will not perform as they should. Mitsubishi DLP TV Bulbs
These folks sell original Osram bulbs in their lamps and they have a 6 month warranty. I use them myself for repairs and really have had great experiences with them.

My Mitsubishi WD 82838 TV turns off by itself without warning.

An update can cause issues

Most of these sets have two different resets done with the remote--the soft one on most but not all is with set on: Menu, 1,2,3 enter.

I am not speaking about the reset button on the set if it has that but a remote reset with Mitsubishi remote.

The hard reset (everything back to factory) uses a 4 digit number code

see if 1,2,3 helps or not---I doubt once upgrade done it will be easy to go back---Mitsubishi used to mail out a upgrade---seen more than a few sets with suddenly new issues after the upgrade.

Buzzing noise from Mitsubishi DLP WD-52327 after replacing bulb

Did your replace lamp come on the screen or did you lose picture? Just because the LED indicator suggest replace lamp it doesn't mean it needs it. If your pix was dull or loss of brightness then replace it, if not then just reset your lamp timer, check your owners manual for instructions.
