Many times when you comment on a photo your friend uploaded, and some other may start commenting after you and everytime it receives a comment you get a notification mail in your email inbox or you get notified in facebook.
This can be really annoying for some, you can configure such option on facebook which will stop all these notification in such case when someone comments after you on the same photo.
2. Go to facebook account settings as shown in the image below
3. Now click Notifications Tab and Scroll down to locate the following options under photos - Deselect Comments after you on a photo and Comments after you on a photo album options under the Photos section as shown in the image below.
4. Once you have unchecked these two options, scroll down and click Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to save these options you configured.
Try downloading the Facebook app for iPad. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/facebook/id284882215?mt=8 It should work better and faster, and won't give you any problems uploading pictures from your iPad.

first of check if its the problem with only that photo or all the other photos as well..
if it pertains only to that photo, it means that the resolution of the photo is such that it cannot be enlarged.. its not a fault from your end...
log on to your facebook account,click on my profile under my profile click on photo or remove photo and it will bring you this list of your available picture then you can choose from any of this and edit after that you click on save changes. remember to leave your comment.
