Why does my Kodak easy share 500 printer say turn off for 10 seconds

try to reset the unit

unplug power cord. Then hold down the transfer key and the left arrow button at same time and plug power cord back in.

My Kodak Easy Share 500 decided to only print 1/2 the photo today.  For over 1 year it has worked just fine.  Any ideas?

follow the step by step solution from kodak.

Choose All-in-one printer and then Print quality and follow the further steps. I think it's a problem with your printhead.

Call... customer service... is more effective. They sure will replace the printhead.
