I have a RICOH Aficio SG 3110DN that gives an SC(28213) error message as soon as it is turned on.

Printer will not initialize. Only displays the error message listed above.

Even though the printer is physically fine, it won?t come ready until the prior error condition is cleared. The magic keystrokes, clear the error code: The Fix In order to clear error SC542, you must perform procedure 5810. Press and hold online + escape, then power on. Use up and down arrow keys to select SP2 Press Enter Use up and down arror to locate SP5 Press Enter Use up and down arrow keys to select 810 Press Enter Confirm the selection Power off and on. The error code is now cleared.

sc 502 is the problem related to tray lift motor .open the backside of the machine ,almost downside u ll find one spring broken .replace tat the tray will start working.

Hello sir; This error code is indicate video process error, may be can be reset, the procedure as follow;
press "clear mode", "107", then press and hold down "clear/stop" key for about 3 sec., until SP menu display, touch "copier sp" on screen, enter 581002 then press 1, then turn power off and back on. see what's happen. good luck !
