I cant access my blackberry account because i forgot my pass word. now if i want to reset it it keeps on forwarding it to my blackberry e mail which i cant get access to because i don't have the pass

You can forward calls from a landline. You will need to see if your landline service includes call forwarding. It's typically a code you punch in before dialing the number in which you want the calls forwarded to.

A while back I had problems and could not get in my account. I could not log in I clicked forgot account and I had to put in my e-mail account. They sent me a code to e-mail which I had to enter and reset my pass word. If you know the e-mail account associated with the Facebook account you should be able to reset pass word.

How do I reset my password
is this for your blackberry id ? if so then you will need access to the e-mail address you registered the id with. and you can click on the forgot password link in the blackberry app world under my world and if you dont have this access or cant remember the e-mail address you will have to phone blackberry and speak to a consultant.
or
you can do a security wipe under options and security settings and then device wipe (note this option will erase all your information from the phone)

With the blackberry account, you will have to contact customer service to reset it. If they can't do it, you'll have to create a new account. I used to sell the blackberries, but it has been a while. It used to you would have to contact customer service to send you a reset link, or reset it for you, but they may have changed it not so long ago, where you can only create a new account if you forgot your password.

hiya try this

  1. From the BlackBerry ID login screen on the smartphone select Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the BlackBerry ID Username and select OK.
  3. Enter the answer to the password recovery question and select OK.
  4. A confirmation will display Your BlackBerry ID Password Recovery email has been sent to[email protected] or Instructions for resetting your password have been sent to your email address.
  5. Access the associated mailbox, locate the password reset email, and select the Change your BlackBerry ID password link.

    Note:     The BlackBerry ID reset email will come from [email protected]. If the email is not found in the email account inbox, check the Spam or Junk folder
  6. When the password reset page loads, enter the New Password, Confirm Password, then clickSubmit.
  7. A confirmation message will display once the changes have been saved successfully.
  8. Moving forward use the newly created password whenever logging into the BlackBerry ID.

Hi there,
Try the forgot password link on the yahoo page it should send you a code to reset your password. If you don't have an alternate e-mail it may just be better to create a new one.

not a problem at all you can get into your account.first you open (ymail.com) then in that click on (i can't access my account)then select i forgot my password and you have to verify your identity and you can reset your password
