Push the power and volume up button down at the same time for 10-20 seconds.
Try that twice.
If that does not work, try charging the device via the computer. You might have a bad charger and the tablet simply is not getting charged. Leave the device charging by the computer for at least an hour. That won't give it a full charge but it might let you know that the battery simply was not previously charged enough for the tablet to activate. If that doesn't work, try the Cambio support page.
do a hard reset and then make sure the software is up todate. 1. Power the Tablet off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button of the device, then press and hold the Power button.
3. Continue to hold both buttons until a bootloader screen appears.
4. Wait for the prompt that says to "Press <VOL_UP>" then press the Volume Up button to start the process.
5. Navigate to Erase content.

Submerge your tablet in a bathtub full of warm water. And let sit for about 5 mins. And then try to charge it. Tt should fix your problem. And future reference, the tablet needs to be wet before u microwave it. Otherwise it jusr fries
new electronic devices often have instructions that they need to be fully recharged after bringing them home from the store, if you failed to fully charge them , then used the device until battery is drained , you may need to recharge it for a full 16-24 hours before being able to reuse them, read brochure and manuals for proper charging instructions, if this fails you may have faulty battery, charger or the unit itself is faulty, send it back to the store.
You are likely running an old version of the firmware / ROM. See if Samsung has a new version, or if you are comfortable with rooting visit XDA Developers forums to learn how to get a newer version with more up to date power management and battery conditioning updates.
