How much does it weigh ? If it is beyond 33 kg avoid lifting it directly. Search for handles provided on either sides of washer. Just lift it slightly and ask someone to insert wooden platform under it. Now place washer on wooden platform and pull platform gradually. Avoid jerks during motion as washer may fall apart.

Wiith Frigidaire GLTF2940ES0 washerr I'm wwondering if I should be able to enter diagnostic mode by pressing options and pause even if door switch is bad, or does this mean CB IS bad. Tom

Dear Tom,
I will assume you are in the USA, and answer the question as though you were.
Because of the chance of injury to children, elderly, and others, manufacturers in this country have decided that door switches are a safety issue, so the washer will not do anything if one is bad.
You cannot bypass it by doing something to the controls.
Door switches are made cheap, and don't cost much.
They should not stop you machine CB from working if they have been fixed.
Try Amazon, Sears Parts Direct, or E-bay for parts.
The part number can be found by entering your model number on "Sears Parts Direct".
God bless your efforts.

Mc Culloch power washer FH140A The "on/off"

easiest way to fix it, buy a new switch at a home improvement center, the two metal piece go on the bottom and the springs are on top of them, when the switch is in the off position the metal pieces are up off the contacts on the bottom and when on the on position the metal pieces make contact. Hope this helps Tim

My dishwasher washes and drains ok but there is always about 2-3 cups of water that remain in the dishwasher after the cycle is complete. This water never drains out.

If the dish washerr is kept at a tilt, then it is possible that the pump never gets a chance to pump out. Use a good spirit level to set this right. If nott Please open your washer, open the outlet and check for any dirt accumulation, check to the pump for low action if so replace, check for the outlet for clogging, clean if the pores are dirty. I think this must solve the issue. Good day

McCulloch FH160G has weak spray

There isn't much in the owners manual in the way of repairing this issue, asside from just replacing the gun. Most of the time it's as simple as an o ring, but because of their design it's easier just to replace the gun. But here's a link. http://weborder.husqvarna.com/order_static/doc/MOUS/MOUS2008/MOUS2008-FH160G-6096160G04-966989801.pdf

Removing lance from gun on McCulloch FH140A pressure washer

The Karcher is the same, and possible made the Mac. It's likely the sealing 'O' ring has deteriorated and stuck the two parts together. Try a little petrol around the joint to soften the 'O' ring. Perhaps it will come apart then. You will need a new o-ring however.
