Use this link and it has the instructions and all of the codes. If your code is not listed it has instructions on how to program it. I hope this is what you are looking for and thanks for using FixYa.

Is your remote the URC-4330? The listed remote uses 4-digit codes.

If the TV doesn't have additional features (VCR, DVD etc.), try the codes: 0054, 1254, 0030, 0179, 0187, 0096, 0020, 0186, 0386, 0024 . There is also a manual code search option (and a way to look up the code). For the URC-4330, press TV, then press and hold Set until the LED blinks twice. Release Set and press 9 9 1. After the LED blinks twice again, point the remote at the TV (with it on) and slowly press Power and TV in alternation. When the TV turns off, that is the first possible code. Press and hold Set until the LED blinks twice to save. Check if the remote controls additional functions for the TV. If it doesn't, repeat the code search.

Recalling the current code is similar to searching. Press 9 9 0 after entering the set mode. Press 1 (to get the first digit of the code) and wait 3 seconds, count the LED blinks (no blinks = 0). Repeat with 2, 3, and 4 to get the entire code.

Please note that the codes in the remote are limited to those devices released at least 6 months before the remote was programmed.

From the One For All webpage which provides support for your remote, it appears that the URC-4330 does not have the ability to control Citizen equipment.

I have a Philips universal remote and, according to the support page, it will control Citizen equipment using the code 1908. You may want to consider getting an inexpensive Philips URC. Here is their page: www.urc.philips.com.

You may go to the link below. then select your model number then select TV then select the brand click submit. That will give you the codes. Then click on download and that will give you the instructions.
