I assume I have to have a pass code to get voice mail but I don't know what it is. What do I need to do?

You need to reset the password

Type in on telephone keypad:

5555#*

999#

999997#

Select Option 8

Select Option 4

Type in extension number you’d like to change followed by #

Select Option 5

Go to telephone you’ve just changed and type in 5555

Enter extension number followed by 997#

Select Option 3

Select Option 2

Select Option 3

Enter new security code followed by #

Confirm new security code followed by #

Pls fist put you sim in deffrent mobile and call to you number and you call is going to voice mail so going to voicemail so ok Thats you mobile problem but if you no going voice mail so active you voice mail device call to service proivedar of you network ...ok
