I want to download a manual for my moble phone.I am having no luck with it so far.keep getting the elite unzip download and I don't need that.I was successful with the Huawei download thanks to a response from a viewer

On a MAC you will need a ZIP program as you will have to unzip it.

Download the file to your Computer, then expand the zip file, you will then need a USB flash drive, place all the unzipped files there, then follow the instructions in this link.

A important system file or driver can solve the problem.
But i can`t tell because i don`t know your windows system
or how old the drivers might be.
