Try this,

2. When the Factory Hard Reset screen appears, release the buttons.
3. Press the Power button, then press Power again to confirm your selection.

Possible there is fault in the software if the phone does not reset and keeps hanging up when you log on to the internet.

luks like u have a problem with your memory card, try formatting with your computer or mobile ...... if not you will have to replace your memory card...... if dat doesnt work try hard resetting your mobile.......

there is no way to reset any phone without being powered on

try doing a hard reset and taking out the battery for a couple of minutes.
