When I'm working on my tablet, usually in facebook, it goes back to home page

When browsing through Facebook going from page to page the tablet slips back to the desktop/ homepage. Turned it off and let it re boot that did not work. Check the settings to see if hand swipe.was not a problem either. Don't know what to check next.

I was having the same problem. Did everything but after all efforts had to send it back to Samsung ... Not an easy thing. First they sent it back and said it was damaged. Had to push back and tell them they would see it damaged when I post a you tube video of me throwing it against the wall. They had me send it back and now it is repaired and works great this may not help but they are aware this tablet has this problem.

Is it possible that your Facebook apps are not up to date? Go to the app store and then click on your updates and be sure to update the messenger app if it is not up to date. Alternatively, you can go to facebook.com on your safari browser and message from there.

I click on.messenger it comes on on my iPad air2 then goes right off

Double click the home screen and kill the facebook app and the facebook messenger app

Then try reopening both applications.

These symptoms sound like a dying tablet or a virus infection.

Here's what I recommend:

Go to the Google Play Store and search for ANTI-MALWARE apps. Download one you like and install and run.

If the tablet is dying, please make a backup of all data you may want to keep as soon as you can.

How do i get my icon back own my ipad for facebook

Go to the square at bottom right or top right of the home screen and tap on it, (it looks like a box of dots), there should be a facebook icon that you can hold down with your finger and drag it to your home screen or one of the other pages.

I clicked on a utube video posted on Facebook. When it finished I couldn't get out of it and back to Facebook. I went to home but if I go back to Facebook, it's still on the video.

Firstly clear temp files, eg. cookies, browser history, offline web pages, restart browser, then try to log onto facebook. if no go, restart device, could be adware, you may need a factory restore.

Why is it that when i go to my facebook page and select friends it goes to the page for just a second and then shuts off and goes back to apps.

try this, select the following:
APPLICATIONS
SETTINGS
APPLICATIONS
MANAGE APPLICATIONS
FACEBOOK
FORCE STOP
CLEAR CACHE
CLEAR DATA
UNINSTALL
OK
then reinstall the facebook app and try again. it should work

My Facebook page will not stay open. Please help

Touble tapping the home button, slide to the facebook app. Once you have it right there, slide in the upwards direction. This completely closes the program and gives it a chance to restart. If this problem keeps happening, re-install facebook and it should work :) Hope this helped!
