Legend - When I plug it in, it does not charge at all. The meter shows no movement. The 4 fuses at the rear are all ok, and pressing the reset button at the rear does nothing.

This is a common problem often caused by the potentiometer(pot) in the centre of the Wigwag (Accelerator.) This part takes a lot of “abuse” and the pot causes an intermittent electrical connection resulting in a very jerky ride. Try spraying a contact cleaner spray in the pot but most often the potentiometer will need to be replaced by a technician. Regards Chris…

When mine does this it means she is not fully in gear. Try manually moving it back and forth a few inches and see if it clicks in.(Like moving the seat back in the car and it doesn't quite click in.) If it doesn't work take it fully back out of gear and try again. Mine is a pride victory 3 wheeler, to check the exact specs on yours follow the link below for a pdf of your user manual.
