Proform Treadmill Incline Problem Fixed
pLEASE Test fo 120 vac forward and backward
2) if there are voltages coming from controller boad motor the inclination motor is fault or capacitor
3) If there are not the controller board motor is fauty
3) However are some treadmill working with relais see if this relais are coming up in the respective board, if Do not see if there some fuse faulty and replace, if there are good the board is faulty for incline motor.

Depends on what vehicle this is, but there is probably a logic board inside the wiper motor assembly that is faulty. In most cases, aftermarket logic boards are available that you can replace.
Dear Sir: pLEAse lube in according with the instruction manual maintenance you can have deck belt worn 2) Inspect the drive belt and replace it 3) Measure the input voltage motor, if there are voltage motor need repair or replace 4) test the output voltage from main motor board, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
Hi, First of all check the Fuse in the Motor control board. If it faulty then replace the same. If the fuse again blews the the you have to check the motor and its driver board. Using a car abttery you can check the motor. Connect the red wire from the motor to possitive terminal of the battrey and the black wire to the negative terminal. If the motor is ok the it will run without any trouble. If not then you have to replace the motor. If the motor is working perfectly then you have to check the motor control baord. It is available as modules. If you want to repair the motor control board then, You have to check the Driver circuit board for the motor. There is motor control IGBT Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) in this board .If the IGBT is short then the treadmill will not run or will run at high speed. . You have to check the OHMS between the seocnd and third of lead of the IGBT. If it shows less than 100 Ohms then the IGBT is short and you have to replace the same. Also you have to check the connection to the control pannel. Is there is any loose conatct. Remove the connection in the motor control board which go to the control pannel and reconnect it. Also check the speed sensor. In most of the treadmill you can find the speed sensor near the motor pully. Remove the speed sensor and clean it and the refix it. Remember one thing remove the power of the treadmill and leave it for 30 minutes then only oppen the treadmill. Because there is high voltage storage capacitors in the motor control board which will hold charge for some time even after the power is disconnected. i have added the picture of IGBT for your refference
There is a motor which spins the treadmill belt. When you start the treadmill, the motor starts running and belt spins smoothly. But when you step on the treadmill, the motor cannot take the load and it stops working. In your case, the motor and motor control board is got weak and this is causing the problem.
----------
Or the other possibility is the treadmill belt, the belt on which you step. That belt should be smooth, there is grease in the inner side of belt to keep it lube and run fluently. If that oily grease gets dried up then belt gets bit stiff or jammed up, when a load is on belt.So get this both possibilities checked.First try lubing the belt internally and then try check the motor and motor control board. To locate motor control board its simple. On the side of motor you will see a electric plug in connector, the other end of that connector gets connected to motor control board.Remove that connector , clean it and reconnect after 5 minutes, then check. In some cases this resets the internal control system and everything, works normally. But its not always possible then removing and reconnecting connector helps. In other cases the motor or control board needs to be replaced. If the motor gets weak, then internal coils in motor gets burned up.-----------
This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
open motor shroud and inspect all connection on the motor control board see if all LED 's are lit except that light up when incline motor is moving up or down. then check the two connector coming from the drive motor to the board sometime over time the two connector will have a cold soldier I would move them to see any excessive movements of the pins then hit start and see if there is any belt movement. Last but not least unplug unit and check the motor brushes if they are less than 3/8 in in length replace them. Call them @ 1-800-335-4348 they under their parent corp. Johnson fitness.
I had the same problem. I even ordered a $300 controller board. The new
board didn't work either. That's when I started checking voltages from
the control board to the motor. That was good. Lastly I checked the
brushes. Almost nothing left. . . The motor started working again after
I put everything back together. I need to order new brushes and return
that contoller board.
The ECU is often referred to as the CCU. F11 is Serial Communication Error Between MCU and CCU - Disconnect power and unplug unit. Check wire harness connections to the motor, Motor Control Unit (MCU), and Central Control Unit (CCU). Check the drive system for any worm or failed components and reconnect power and plug unit in. Verify CCU is working by performing diagnostic test or any cycle. Check MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor and check drive motor for powered rotations. Also check the motor and wire harness. Replace defective part
