Click Start
Click Devices and Printers
Right click your Laserjet Printer
Select Printer Properties
Click the Device Settings Tab
Scroll down to the bottom
If necessary, expand Installable Options
Click on Mopier Mode
Select Disable in the selection box that appears
Click Apply
You should now get multiple copies.
Most printers will not allow you to print without all cartridges active. If you printer is capable of that you can go into the printer settings on the control panel and go into options or print menu. Under that you can select B/W printing only. Try that out.
It sounds like the fuser is not heating up to the correct temperature. If you are printing on specific papers, for example: envelopes, bond, linen, make sure to set your printer settings accordingly. Otherwise you will need a new fuser unit for the printer.
Apparently others have tried to obtain a service manual for that model, and one was not available. Frustration was expressed, but it did not result in obtaining a service manual for that model.
Here is another approach to try for repairing it. Perhaps a service manual for a similar model, since your is from 2013, would be helpful. Since the link above from Dell shows other model numbers using a similar part replacement so maybe service manual for one of them could be located: 2130cn 2135cn 2150cn 2150cdn 2155cn 2155cdn
I believe the part number is 330-1435 or P266C or Y459D (these all are for the same part on the website - Dell uses multiple numbers to refer to the same item)
