Error Codes 9-343

That means , second BTR is not in contact with transfer belt. Open front door and pull out paper transport and check that is everything OK with black roll and her assembly.Check sensors for dirt,and gears for damage.If You have used one ,replace it.

This error code can be caused for a number of reasons:
- Replace the IBT assembly (as Kemo mentioned). The alignment holes on the bottom inboard side of the IBT are used to position the 2nd BTR. the holes may not be positioning the 2nd BTR in the proper location. Once you replace the IBT the cam gear and the clutch drive gear should mesh properly.
- Main Motor If this motor is too slow to start up, then the 2nd BTR sensor sees it as a slow 2nd BTR movement. resulting in the error code. This would only apply if:While watching the machine warm up, you will notice that the 2nd BTR assembly cycles about 4 times before coming into ready.

-At power on, machine immediately declares a 9-343 code. The second BTR assembly cams in continuously. A piece of paper has logged itself behind the service panel connector plug.
Remove logged sheet of paper from behind service module plug.
*** This is the type of problem where you should really have an expert assist, someone who knows the hardware of the machine and has access to the possible parts required to resolve.
*** NOTE: I only listed a few possible resolutions, however it could be the PWB causing this among other variables. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for assistance.

Remove fiber panel in front of 2nd BTR and fixing assembly which is we pulling outword and check the round knob is rotating or not

then
just remove gear behind 2nd BTR roll and try it
because that gear loading the assenbly behind that unit and it jams roller which moves up and down word
thats the fix solution other wise problem with ur clutch
