Look for levers on sides and fold them first and once the handles are free you will be able to fold the Buggy.

You can only fold it flat when the handle is behind the back rest so the pram is froward facing. Then you have to pull up two black "sliders" but in order to do that on one of the there is a small button that has to be pushed, once those sliders are up you have to use some force on the handle and push it down. It is hard for the first time but once you get it it is easy.

To fold the Hauck Pico iPod Stroller, you need to put the two front wheels to face inward. Press the wheel locks down, you can find it at the front of the wheels. Now, while standing at the back of the stroller (pushing position), there is a black plastic tube located on the left side of the pushing bar. Grasp the black tube and push it upward. While doing this, push the push bar upward. The stroller should fold down as you do this.
