Recover files the megapro karaoke files are not working. tried recovering it from the pc. the hard disk says it's on RAW format not FAT32. please help.

Which software you've used in recovering Karaoke Files??
Consider trying better recovery utility such as Stellar Phoenix or whatever suites you to recover files, that is 100% working and not in the RAW format. Download it from here:

Don't panic! In computing, the RAW formatting problem is really common. What you are always supposed to do is firstly restore all your wanted data and format it this drive to fix its problem afterwards.
So, from now on, do not save anything new on this drive in case that any new file would overwrite your needed files.
Download a RAW drive data recovery freeware to restore all your inaccessible data back from this RAW hard drive:

Note: Next time, I hope you can learn to back up everything important in case of similar data recovery problems.

There are two options for you to get your drive stuffs back right now:
1). Do not format this RAW file system external hard drive temporarily and plunge it to your PC. And then, choose and apply RAW external hard drive data recovery software to scan this drive and find your preferred drive files back as many as possible.
2). Directly consult some professional data recovery services from some data recovery companies or agencies.
In the future, remember to save copies of everything important on at least two devices in case of any similar data loss issues.

DO NOT FORMAT YOUR DISK. It has been damaged; how easy or even possible to recover your data depends on the degree of damage.
Try your HD in another computer; if it works, make a back-up of your files on another disk.

Hard drive does not recognize a file system

Buy a software called EASUS DATA RECOVERY WIZARD, install it on a working computer. Connect your hard drive as a slave and open the program. Use the Complete Recovery Method to recover all your files. It is usually pointless to try and recover system files. Unless you want to recover your documents and files that were there in the hard drive.

This tutorial describes the procedure to recover one volume when

the volume was accidentally formatted
Windows reports the volume is "raw filesystem", or "not formatted"
An external drive failed, either flash (so called "thumb drive") or an hard disk connected using USB or FireWire enclosure.
MFT is corrupt on the NTFS volume, rendering filesystem partially or completely unreadable

The recovery is done in seven steps, requiring about eleven (11) mouse clicks. Note: The older than current versions of ZAR might have been used to create the screenshots in this tutorial. We did not update the screenshots if there is no significant difference between older and current versions. If you see some option in the program which is not described in the tutorial, just leave it at its default setting.

Step 1 - Get, install, and start ZAR

Download and install ZAR just like you do with any regular program.
When you run it, ZAR displays the window like the one below:

Click "Next >>"

Step 2 - Select processing mode

Select "Recover data from a simple volume or from a functional RAID volume"
Click "Next >>"

Step 3 - Select physical device to recover

Select the appropriate hard drive
Click "Next >>" for a list of volumes (logical disks) on this hard drive

1). Do not format this hard drive before you've recovered all your stored data back. In your case, the formatting process may erase everything on your drive and make your data gone permanently.
2). Never save anything new on this drive in case that any new file would rewrite your original data.
3). Plunge this drive to your computer and download a RAW drive data recovery freeware to get back all your lost data back:
